Open Question: Losing weight Walking?
I just got back from vacation.
I lost 7 lbs that week.
All I did different than my normal life is that I didnt eat fast food and I walked to and from the beach daily, plus walked up and down three flights of stairs several times a day.
I have read that you must walk 30 or 45 mins a day to lose weight.
So, my question is , can I not do short spurts of excercise several times a day and still lose weight and stay healthy?
It seems it worked for me that week.. was that just a fluke?
