Open Question: Help me lose weight!?
Im 5ft 10 inches and i weigh 198 pounds i want to lose about 2.5 pounds a week. How should i do it? I will eat 500 calories less each day so i will eat only 1500 calories of healthy foods. I own a jump rope and i have dog. should i jump rope alot a day and take my dog for lots of walks? Also i love to dance! So what could i do to lose weight?
