Open Question: Does anyone own a english bulldog that bites?
I have a 4 yr old english bulldog. I bought him when he was 6 mo old. Always has been very healthy. Very good w/ people & other animals. Then a year ago he bit a woman while I had him out for a walk thank god he didnt hurt her to bad but did break the skin. About the same time he started to not like small children( toddler size). So since then i have been very careful w/ him around anyone. He loves treats & is a guarneented way for him to like some one if they give him a treat. Ever since the bite he has been ok but like I said Im very careful with him around other people. Then yersterday my nephew came over whom he knows very well & my bully tore after him. Any body know what might being going on w/ him & why he bite out of the clear blue a yr ago & then went after my nephew whom he would have bit if I didnt catch him? He is a great dog & my best friend & I dont want him to hurt anyone but I couldnt ever have him put down. It is not a problem that is all the time thats whats confusing
