Open Question: How to lose a good 10 lbs by school but still being able to eat good.?
So i like to eat food..and i dont eat unhealthy food..but the only way i can really lose weight is by starving myself..idk why but thats just how my body is. I eat healthy 99.9 % of the times( i have my ocassional donut or chips or piggout session) but most of the time i eat healthy foods and excersise so its kinda hard to lose weight when i already do all this stuff. Does anyone know of antyhing better i can do. im 5ft 104 lbs and want to lose 5-10 lbs by this school year, but i like food and dont want to have to go threw starving myself to get to my goal weight. And i already eat healthy and excersise daily.
