Open Question: What is the best way to weight 100 lbs by the end of the year..?


i'm 5'2" & i currently weight 112 lbs. i know this is normal for my height but i have a very slender frame so i think i could lose a few lbs. i also eat a lot of junk food and i dont do any exercise so maybe if i was more healthier. i could start losing weight without even going on a diet..?
