Open Question: Protein powder for smoothies?
Hi,
I was wondering if it might be a good idea to get protein powder to add to the smoothies I have for breakfast. I usually have a smoothie and a protein bar and I eat pretty healthy: I'm a pseudo-vegetarian, I eat eggs and cheese but no meat except for fish and a lot of vegetables; and I don't work out. Does my not working out have any effect on whether it'd be beneficial to have protein powder?
On a fairly related note, I wanna lose some weight (not a lot, maybe 5 pounds).
If you could provide me with a good brand or product for the powder I would very much appreciate it.
