Open Question: Rat with Pheumonia?
Ok.. My rat has pneumonia, he's been on antibiotics but they worked for awhile and then he got sick again.
He's old but not too old and otherwise healthy as far as I know, his weight is fine.
I don't want to prolong suffering by keep treating him for him to get worse again. However is there anything I can do to make things easier for him?
His quality of life is worthwhile at the moment; he eats plenty and seems to enjoy himself but it could be better.
