Open Question: How can I lose a few pounds…?
Okay, I know I shouldn't be so worried at thirteen.... and please
don't give answerssaying "you're tooyoung to worry about your
weight right now" but I'm 120 pounds and 5'5"... is that a good,
healthy weight? and i'm aiming to lose around 3 to five pounds.
nothing too drastic. I just put on a few pounds over the winter...
and I want to lose the "vacation belly". lol. So tips?? thanks!
