Open Question: Has anyone done the HCG diet, and what did you eat?
I just started the diet. My husband and I are doing it together. We just returned home from the health food store. A bit overwhelmed too. We generally eat pretty healthy anyway, we exercise, he rides up to 4 hours a day on a bike I run up to 6 miles 3x a week. We just have this weight we cannot get rid of. We are not fat, but I have some fatty areas. I have heard nothing but great responses from anyone who has done it, so we are going to give it a shot. I have done tons of research on it, but would like some ideas as to what anyone thinks are the best foods to try to maintain the 500 cal a day.
