Open Question: For Lunch Today….?
I am so proud of myself...I have been trying to be a good, healthy eater and I have lost 3 pounds in the last 8 days!!! I'm pumped up now. I just wanted to hear from everyone...what is your favorite healthy/diet meal? Just wanted some new ideas. One of mine is:
Ground turkey patty seasoned with smoked grill seasoning & onion powder with a huge side serving of frozen brocolli/cauliflower, steamed with a bit of season all in the water. Maybe a half stalk of celery with peanut butter as my "sweet" after the meal. Ok...what's yours?????
